Our helpline is for the use of parents, guardians or concerned relatives and friends of bullied children. If you are a child and are experiencing bullying problems, then please visit or ring Childline 0800 1111.  Please note that Kidscape does not receive any share of the call charge on 08451 numbers.

Please note that we cannot answer any e-mail enquiries about specific bullying or child safety situations - please ring our counsellors if you require advice or use our FAQ to get some general advice.

We appreciate any comments about the contents of the Kidscape website and will read them all, but we do not always have enough staff to personally reply to these emails.

If you are a parent, teacher or professional and have direct experience of instigating an anti-bullying policy and would like to share your thoughts with others - experience@kidscape.org.uk - we hope to be posting text from emails on the site in the near future
