Why run for Kidscape?
Kidscape would love you to run for us, to help raise awareness of our cause and to raise vital funds for our core programmes such as ZAP assertiveness workshops. With your help we can reach more children and young people who need our support.
Our work changes lives, with children and families feeling less alone, more hopeful and stronger than ever. Tackling bullying whilst challenging yourself is the perfect way to support Kidscape.
Become a Kidscape runner and we will ensure that together we find a training plan that work for you, a support network and fundraising advice that makes hitting your fundraising target easy.
Kidscape CEO Lauren Seager-Smith will be running for Kidscape:
“A friend (also a CEO of a children's charity) told me that the best advice he could give me as I started my journey as CEO of Kidscape was to stay physically fit. It's about time I put this into action so what better way than pulling on my trainers to raise funds for Kidscape! This October I'm going to join our team running the Royal Parks Half Marathon. It’s been a long time since I've run this far so I'll need all the help I can get!”
