The Blossom Twins join Kidscape as Ambassadors

We're thrilled to announce that Lucy and Kelly Knott, also known as The Blossom Twins to many are joining the Kidscape team as Ambassadors!

Lucy and Kelly are former professional wrestlers who made their childhood dream come true wrestling for Ohio Valley Wrestling and Impact Wrestling in the USA. Some highlights from their ten-year wrestling career as The Blossom Twins were taking part in Sky One’s TNA British Bootcamp, appearing on James Corden’s ‘A League of their Own’ and getting to perform at London’s Wembley Arena.

Having graduated college with Diploma’s in Early Years at eighteen, they have worked with children in a variety of settings over the past fifteen years. Working with children and young people is something they are incredibly passionate about. Inspiring them to work hard, believe in themselves and know that they are capable of making their dreams come true is something Lucy and Kelly strive to instil in all the kids they meet.

They are currently Teaching Assistants but also avid writers. Lucy is a published author with HQ Fiction and Aria Fiction and writes books full of romance, adventure, family bonds and self-love. While Kelly is writing middle grade fiction and children’s picture books.

Their mission is to spread kindness and positivity and to help provide all children with the correct tools to love who they are, lift up themselves and others and to make their dreams a reality no matter how big or small. They believe in a world that is free bullying and full of more joy, acceptance and understanding.

"I'm beyond thrilled that Lucy and Kelly are joining Kidscape as Ambassadors. Their values and passion for sharing kindness perfectly fit the Kidscape voice. It's great we can bring them both closer to our work. They both have a wealth of experiencing with working with children and young people, and both are accomplished writers. We can learn so much from having them as part of Kidscape" - Ashley Head of Programmes and Training.
