"May I just say a big thank you! I can’t explain how much that talk changed me. I became more confident and started to move on and leave the past behind. So much that I have a main part in school musical and I never thought I could do that. The campaign meant a lot since I knew I wasn’t alone, I found friends and learnt tips on how I could handle myself as a target of bullying."

We are currently delivering our ZAP workshops online for children, young people, parents and carers.

ZAP Online is a FREE 90-minute workshop for young people aged 9-16 who are dealing with a bullying situation, or have experienced bullying. We provide young people with a range of tools to help manage bullying situations. The workshop is proven to increase confidence and assertiveness skills and raise self-esteem.

We also provide a supporting online session for parents and carers, which will take place shortly after the young people's workshop.  This gives parents a chance to share their concerns, hear from other families in a similar situation, and discuss practical steps you can take to support a child going through a bullying situation.
